The wine production covers 70% dry, 20% medium and 10% fruity/sweet. The majority of red wine is dry and matured in wooden barrels. We work with a temperature controlled fermentation process and a biological reduction of the natural acid.
A product as natural as possible, without the use of chemicals and pesticides, is very important to us and we go to great lengths to achieve this.
